![]() 2 news bits on Hulk Hogan this week that I find interesting. First is, he reportedly blew his hip on the Hulkamania tour. To me, that's not a good sign considering he's going to be a huge part of TNA coming up. And although this happened, he went on the radio saying that when he debuts, Impact's rating will TRIPLE to 3.0. I'm not going to debate this number, but I'm not sure if it's going to do that good. I can see it perhaps doubling but again, you never know as TNA's marketing seems to be trying a little harder with perhaps some extra funding behind it lately. Speaking of which, billboards for TNA Impact (only with Hulk Hogan on the billboards) are popping up in Times Square of New York City. Hogan better have a damn good promo ready along with a young guy beating him up to make a name for themselves. Charlie Haas reportedly asked to be released by WWE Management and got a raise instead! Poor guy...all he wants to do is wrestle but they won't let him. Why not stick him in ECW and feud with Benjamin or Christian? At least work with the young guys. Raw guest hosts are still being booked. The latest one announced is Hip-hop "artist" Timbaland. Spoilers: Jillian Hall will sing Elevator, he's going to do a couple backstage skits with MVP and Mark Henry, have an in-ring promo with DX if they're still around at that point, the divas will dance with him to one of his songs, and Jericho will get in his face. Case in point: repet-t-t-t-t-tion. And finally, the legendary Bobby Heenan has been hospitalized due to an infection after a surgery for reconstructing and repairing his jaw. He's struggled so much for quite some time and he's a hell of a fighter. Premier Championship Wrestling wish all the best for the Heenan family and are keeping the "Weasel" in our thoughts. That's it for this week's From The Press! Content Management Powered by CuteNews
