A Bloody Robby Royce Issues A Personal Statement To Steve Corino!

Posted on 02 Feb 2010 by PCW

WINNIPEG, MB - Following PCW's New Years Knockout, "King of Old School" Steve Corino viciously attacked his tag team partner "Showtime" Robby Royce. After the shocking betrayal, Corino issued a verbal tirade on PCWaction.com claiming that he and he alone put Winnipeg on the wresting map. He bemoaned the fact he lost the NWA North American Heavyweight Championship to Royce in 2001 and bragged about getting a small measure of revenge in 2005 when he successfully defended the AWA World Heavyweight Championship against Royce at PCW's Beat The Summer Heat.

"Mr Wrestling" said that when Royce called him and asked him to be his tag team partner against the Alliance of Defiance's Anderson Tyson Moore & "Outlaw" Adam Knight, he was "calling the devil". And following the match, when Royce suggested the fans wanted to see Royce/Corino III, he had signed his own death sentence.

Corino stated that Royce might think he wants that match, but he doesn't want it enough. But should they meet again, it would be the end of Royce's career.

PCWaction.com has now released exclusive locker room footage of Royce immediately following the New Years Knockout betryal. Bloody, concussed and irate, the multiple-time former Heavyweight Champion expresses exactly what he wants from Corino.

Both men have now expressed and intense desire to face each other in the third singles match of their nearly-decade long feud to finally establish who the better man truly is. With both Corino and Royce determined to end the other one's career, will Royce/Corino III happen?

#1: ADAM KNIGHT

Defeating Antonio Scorpio Jr. to retain his golden ticket and later cashing it in on former AOD member ATM secured Knight's spot at number 1.
#2: KENNY OMEGA

Although he was absent, you can't deny Kenny's historic reign as champion as well as his recent accomplishments and big matches overseas in Japan.
#3: DARIEN KARISMA

It seems as if going the lone route was the perfect fit for Karisma. He retained the Junior Heavyweight Championship in another competitive match with Kory Kinkade.
#4: SEEDS OF EVIL

Although they didn't win the six man tag, their sheer dominance over the past few months keeps them in the Top 5. That, along with giving Chris Marxwell a bad hair day!
#5: SCOTT JUSTICE

It seems as if the losing streak is now over for Scott Justice. Being forced to face his best friend with his career on the line, Scott proved to be quite the tough young star and prevailed in a violent street fight.
